Key Responsibilities

• Inspect sheet metal components against engineering drawings and specifications
• Carry out dimensional and visual inspections using a range of measuring equipment
• Perform in-process, first-off, and final inspections
• Identify and report non-conformances accurately
• Support root cause analysis and continuous improvement activities
• Maintain accurate inspection records and documentation
• Work closely with production teams to resolve quality issues

Essential Skills & Experience

• Proven experience as a Sheet Metal Inspector or similar quality inspection role
• Strong understanding of engineering drawings and tolerances
• Confident using standard inspection tools (verniers, micrometers, gauges, etc.)
• High attention to detail and methodical working approach

Desirable Experience

• Experience within a sheet metal or fabrication environment
• Knowledge of CMM inspection techniques
• Familiarity with ISO quality standards
