A well-established engineering business in New Milton is looking to add an experienced CNC Turner to its team. This is a great opportunity for a skilled CNC Turner who can confidently programme, set, and operate CNC lathes using Fanuc controls within a precision engineering environment.If you’re a hands-on CNC Turner who takes pride in producing accurate, high-quality components, this role offers stability, a supportive team, and consistent workshop work.
Key Responsibilities

• Programme, set, and operate CNC lathes using Fanuc controls
• Work from engineering drawings and technical specifications
• Carry out first-off and in-process inspections using measuring equipment
• Adjust offsets and programmes to maintain accuracy and quality
• Ensure machines are running efficiently to meet production requirements
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organised working environment

Essential Skills & Experience

• Proven experience as a CNC Turner
• Ability to programme, set, and operate CNC lathes
• Experience working with Fanuc controls
• Strong ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
• Good attention to detail and commitment to quality

Desirable Experience

• Experience working in a precision engineering environment
• Knowledge of tight tolerances and varied materials
• Experience in a production-focused workshop
