Through Hole Solderer

We are urgently seeking an experienced Through-Hole Solderer to join a busy and growing team based near Poole.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong soldering skills looking for a stable role with a great work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities for the Through-Hole Solderer: 

• Performing high-quality through-hole soldering to IPC standards
• Assembling electronic components onto PCBs
• Inspecting and ensuring all work meets quality and safety standards
• Working from technical drawings and instructions
• Supporting production targets and deadlines

Requirements for the Through-Hole Solderer Role:

• Proven experience in through-hole soldering
• Good attention to detail and manual dexterity
• Ability to read and follow technical drawings
• IPC certification (preferred but not essential)
• Reliable and able to work as part of a team
