Production Supervisor

We have a fantastic opportunity for a Production Supervisor to join our busy client in Ferndown, this client is a market leader that can boast a 50 year history within the manufacturing industry. 

The position is permanent and can offer an immediate start, the role is paying £30 – 33,000pa DOE.  The Production Supervisor will cover a broad range of responsibilities to ensure the factory and production runs efficiently.

Key responsibilities for this Production Supervisor role:

• Overlooking and running daily operations within the factory 
• Monitoring production schedules and work flows
• Reviewing and implementing process improvements 
• Ensuring all staff adhere to H&S policies
• Regularly monitoring and checking machinery and performance outputs 
• Maintaining accurate records 
• People management, handling performance issues
• Liaising across departments

Requirements to be considered for this Production Supervisor role: 

• Supervisory experience within manufacturing or production is essential 
• Strong leadership and organisational skills 
• Excellent communication skills
