Key Responsibilities

• Set and operate press brake machines to produce precision components
• Work from engineering drawings and technical specifications
• Carry out accurate measurements and inspection checks
• Ensure components meet required tolerances and quality standards
• Make adjustments to settings as required to maintain accuracy
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organised working environment

Essential Skills & Experience

• Proven experience as a Press Brake Setter
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
• Experience working in a fabrication or sheet metal environment
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to work independently on night shifts

Desirable Experience

• Experience with CNC press brake machines
• Background in high-volume or precision manufacturing
• Experience working to tight tolerances
