PCB Operative

Holt Engineering are currently recruiting on behalf of a busy and growing manufacturing client based near Poole for a PCB Operative.

As a PCB Operative, you will be working within a production environment supporting the assembly of electronic components.
Full training will be provided, but prior experience in a manufacturing or assembly setting is essential.

Key Responsibilities for the PCB Operative:

• Assisting with the setup and operation of SMT machinery
• Supporting PCB assembly processes
• Performing quality checks to ensure high production standards
• Working closely with the production team to meet daily targets
• Maintaining a clean and safe working environment

Requirements needed for the PCB Operative role:

• Previous experience in assembly or production roles
• Good attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
• A proactive and reliable approach to work
• Willingness to learn and develop new technical skills
