Monday to Friday – Day Shift – Early finish Friday 

Holt Engineering are currently recruiting for reliable and hardworking Warehouse Operative to join a busy and fast-paced warehouse operation in Poole. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience within a supportive team environment, with ongoing work available for the right candidates.

Key Responsibilities for the Warehouse Operative:

• Picking and packing orders accurately
• Loading and unloading deliveries
• Assisting with stock control and inventory checks
• Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
• Supporting general warehouse operations as required

What the Warehouse Operative will need: 

• Good attention to detail
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting
• A positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Previous warehouse or logistics experience (preferred but not essential)
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
