Telesales £22,000 + Uncapped commission (OTE – £40k+)
Holt Engineering are recruiting for Telesales Operators to join a busy sales team in Ringwood. Our client is a award winning industry leader, who are a friendly professional business with a fantastic team that have gone from strength to strength and have ambitious plans for the next 12 months!
This position is a full time, permanent position. The role is office based only so your application will not be considered if you do not live within easy commute of Ringwood. It would be a great opportunity for someone that is target driven and ambitious. If you’ve got previous experience in B2C, B2B, networking, communication and negotiation we’d love to receive your application!
Responsibilities of a Telesales Operator:
- Contacting past and new enquiries by telephone
- Build rapport and understand the customer’s requirements
- Outline the solution we offer and overcome any concerns
- Book an appointment for our team to measure and quote
Experience required to become a Telesales Operator:
- Previous sales experience/customer service background
- The ability to convince us why you’d be a great fit for the role!
- Excellent communication skills
- Highly self-motivated and resilient
