Quality Control Assistant

We’re currently partnering with a leading global engineering organisation to recruit a Quality Control Assistant for their busy manufacturing site in Poole.

This is a hands-on, shop floor-linked role supporting the quality function with day-to-day activities.
It’s ideal for someone with experience in manufacturing who enjoys staying organised, working collaboratively, and being actively involved in production support rather than technical inspection.

The Key Responsibilities for the Quality Control Assistant will be: 

• Provide general support to the quality team across daily operations
• Collect, manage, and track calibration equipment
• Handle and monitor Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs)
• Maintain inspection shelves and support product flow through quality
• Assist with organisation and upkeep of inspection and quality areas
• Carry out administrative and coordination tasks as required

What you will need for the Quality Control Assistant Role: 

• Previous experience within a manufacturing or engineering environment
• Highly organised with a methodical approach to tasks
• Comfortable working in a hands-on role connected to the shopfloor
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow processes

What the Quality Control Assistant Role can offer:
