We are recruiting for a Production Supervisor to join a fast-paced environment. As the Production Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing and leading one of their divisions ensuring all safety, quality, and performance targets are achieved.
As the Production Supervisor, your duties will include:
- Ensure all operators are fully trained in all procedures
- Leading morning meetingsÂ
- Make a day plan, daily for your team
- Carry out monthly 121’sÂ
- Resolve stock, supplier, and customer queries in a timely mannerÂ
- Ensuring QC checks are carried out.
- liaising with all managementÂ
- Raise purchase orders
- Any other duties required for a Production SupervisorÂ
To be successful in this role the ideal candidate will have :
Previous experience with either. Warehouse management, Production Management, or a Supervisor within a fast-paced environment.
Self-driven, result-orientated, a can-do attitude with a clear focus on achieving the business and customer needs.Â
