Process Engineer – The Company:

Our client is a global leader in advanced engineered solutions, specialising in high-performance materials and manufacturing processes for the aerospace and industrial sectors. They are looking for 2x Process Engineer to join their successful team.

Process Engineer – Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain process engineering activities to meet quality and cost objectives.
• Support the production of high-quality castings and achieve process qualifications.
• Lead metallurgical processes for various product types, ensuring compliance with customer requirements.
• Produce qualification reports and resolve engineering issues.
• Drive process improvements, troubleshoot issues, and reduce costs.

Process Engineer – Requirements:

• Minimum of 4 years’ experience in process engineering.
• Degree/HNC or equivalent in engineering.
• Proficient in Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, ABS, and statistical methods (SPC).
• Strong communication, organisational, and technical presentation skills.

Process Engineer – Salary & Benefits:

• £29,000 – £40,000pa

• Pension Salary Sacrifice Scheme employee contribution 4% employer 5% (up to 10%) no cap for employee
• Plant-Based Performance Bonus Scheme up to 5% (Discretionary)
• 25 days annual leave + 8 bank holidays (pro-rated).
