Role:  Office Administrator   
Location: Portsmouth
Salary:  £22,000 – £23,000 PA  
 
Holt Recruitment are working with an electrical manufacturer in Portsmouth. They have an opportunity for an Office Administrator to join their team on a full time, permanent basis. 37.5 hours, Monday to Thursday 8.30am to 5.00pm, Friday 8.30am to 1.00pm. 
What’s the role?

This is an exciting opportunity for an individual looking to step into an office administrator position and support the team in Portsmouth.

  • Responsible for raising of customer’s sales order.
  • Checking the stock and confirming to customers delivery dates
  • Dealing with customer order progress, keeping customers updated with any delays.
  • Chasing of Customers quotes
  • Supporting staff with any administrative tasks
  • Day to Day filing
  • Answering of incoming phone calls and welcoming visitors
  • Managing social media and marketing for the company
  • Supporting Sales on administrative aspects
  • Adhere Policies and procedures.
  • To conduct yourself in a professional way during your working day to colleagues and superiors
  • Any other duties requested by other members of the company as required (to include deputising for colleagues in periods of absence)

What do you need?

  • Good IT Skills (Excel/Word/Outlook etc)
  • Good attention to detail
  • Previous administration experience would be desirable but not essential.
