Cleanroom Supervisor
We are currently on the lookout for a Cleanroom Supervisor to join a world-leading manufacturer of composites and GRP products.
Cleanroom Supervisor responsibilities:
- Ensuring the smooth running of the department
- Organising the work in order of priority to ensure all deadlines are met
- Maintaining the production schedule for the department
- Managing staff, authorising holiday requests, dealing with any staff issues
- Performance reviews for staff
Cleanroom Supervisor requirements:
- Laminating within the composite industry
- Ability to manage and motivate staff to their full potential
- Great communication
- Great organisational skills
- Verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure
- Multitasking and working on several priorities at any one time
Cleanroom Supervisor benefits:
- Salary £48000
- Night shift 6pm-6am
