Machine Tool Service Engineer
We are on the lookout for a Machine Tool Service Engineer to join a very exciting and growing company in the Bristol area. Part of the plans for growth is the acquisition of a Machine Tool Service Engineer, you will be tasked with attending the client’s site, to install sold machinery, to provide first line support on breakdown or service functions. The successful Machine Tool Service Engineer will also help install the machinery in the showroom for prospective clients.
The company now operate in a 24,000 sq ft facility which stocks CNC machine tools and industrial equipment. The Machine Tool Service Engineer will be joining a company who plan to grow by a further 20-25% annually.
Machine Tool Service Engineer responsibilities
- Attend client sites to decommission machinery purchased for stock.
- Install machinery to both clients and internal showroom.
- Fault finding on CNC machinery.
- To provide first line breakdown support
- Service sold CNC machinery.
Machine Tool Service Engineer Qualifications + Experience
- Previous experience ideally in fault finding of CNC machinery or industrial plant, but at the very least pneumatic systems and drive trains are a must.
- Apprentice trained in industrial environment.
- Mechanical minded, with electrical knowledge
