Factory Operative

Holt Engineering is currently working with an innovative manufacturing company based near Poole, which is on the lookout for a Factory Operative to join their team.

To be successful in the Factory Operative role you must:

• Have previous experience working in a factory or production environment. 
• Keen and eager to learn and develop within a company
• Be ok with heavy lifting and manual handling
• Have good attention to detail and be able to work to tight deadlines

What the Factory Operative duties will include:

• Loading and unloading machines
• Quality checking products
• Prepping products for dispatch
• Helping within the factory when needed 

For the successful Factory Operative you will get:

• No weekend work
• Overtime available
• On site parking
• Opportunity to go permanent 

The working hours are:
Monday to Friday 8am-4:30pm
Paying £12.71 per hour
