Maintenance Engineer – Mechanical or Electrical
Salary – £45,000 per annum
Hours – Days & Nights 4 days on (7am – 7pm & 7pm – 7am) / 4 days off
Location – Stonehouse, Gloucestershire
We are working with a huge manufacturing company that are looking to add to their existing team with a Maintenance Engineer in the Stonehouse area.
Maintenance Engineer role:
- Carry out servicing on FMCG machinery, including reported and breakdown repairs
- To diagnose faults and to test, repair and maintain Mechanical / Electrical equipment
- Install new machinery
- Use and support departmental 5S programmes for workshops and stores
- Report any delays, accidents and incidents to the Engineering / Operations Manager
The successful Maintenance Engineer will have:
- Multi-skilled mechanical and electrical education / experience
- Good fault-finding skills and ability to prioritise jobs accordingly
- Ability to work on their own or within a team
- Be able to deliver own ideas on how to improve the business
