Electrical Production Engineer 

Our Dorset client are seeking a dynamic and forward-thinking Electronic Production Engineer . The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of hands-on experience in production engineering within a manufacturing environment. They must possess a strong knowledge of electronic engineering and be dedicated to continuous improvement and lean principles.

Responsibilities for Electrical Production Engineer 

– Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimise and streamline production processes for maximum efficiency, cost- 
   effectiveness, and quality
– Provide expertise in production engineering, ensuring the successful completion of confidential projects
– Encourage and drive the team towards a culture of continuous improvement and innovation
– Work through the entire production process, from initial concept to final product, with great attention to detail and 
   thoroughness
– Utilise problem-solving skills to overcome challenges and think outside the box
– Multi-task effectively to meet deadlines and project requirements
– Uphold a commitment to company culture and values while maintaining a dynamic and inclusive approach

Qualifications for Electrical Production Engineer 

– Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field
– Proven experience in production engineering and electronic engineering knowledge
– Excellent understanding of lean principles and their application in a manufacturing setting
– Strong communicator and team player with the ability to encourage and motivate others
– Ability to work in a diverse and inclusive environment, respecting and valuing different perspectives and contributions
– Proficient in optimising and streamlining processes to achieve maximum efficiency and quality
– A passion for continuous improvement and driving positive change
– Ability to work on confidential projects with the utmost discretion and professionalism
