Holt Recruitment are working with a family-run, well established, manufacturing company in Tower Park. They have an opportunity for a Customer Service Representative to join their team on a full time, permanent basis.

Key Responsibilities:
 
As a customer service representative, located in Tower Park you will be required to participate in:
 

• Outbound and inbound telephone calls – providing high quality service.
• Outbound and inbound emails
• Account management.
• Processing orders
• Dealing with Sales order queries
