Role:  Customer Service Administrator
Location: Poole
Salary: Up to £28,000 per annum  
 
Holt Recruitment is working with an electronics manufacturer in Poole. They are looking for a Customer Service administrator to join the office on a permanent, full-time basis.
 
What’s the role?
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Customer Service Administrator to provide essential administrative support to the Sales team, whilst delivering excellent customer service. The role involves handling customer-related tasks, documentation, and follow-ups, ensuring a seamless service experience.
 
Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist BDMs and AMs by managing customer-related tasks, documentation, and follow-ups to ensure smooth service delivery.
  • Track and monitor the sales process from initial engagement to ongoing account management, ensuring all necessary steps are documented and completed.
  • Record and take action on items from customer account review meetings.
  • Resolve customer queries and issues.
  • Maintain and regularly update data on the CRM systems to ensure information is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Collaborate with the operations team to ensure exceptional after-sales service.
  • Record, track, and provide accurate reports on sales calls, visits, and pipeline activity to the DMD and sales team. 

What do you need? 

  • Previous experience in manufacturing/construction/engineering industry to understand the industry knowledge
  • Proficiency in Excel and MS tools.
  • Confident working with Database systems.
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Someone who can work at a fast pace. 
  • Administration background.
