This CNC Miller position combines hands-on machining with team support. The successful CNC Miller will programme, set and operate 5-axis milling machines while also helping distribute work across the team to keep production running smoothly. This CNC Miller role suits someone dependable, technically strong, and happy to support colleagues when needed.
 
Key Responsibilities:

• Programme, set and operate CNC milling machines
• Machine precision components using 5-axis equipment
• Use Fanuc controls for online programming
• Programme offline using Mastercam
• Distribute work among the machining team to maintain workflow
• Assist and support other engineers within the workshop
• Maintain high standards of quality and accuracy

Essential Skills:

• Proven experience working as a CNC Miller
• Strong 5-axis machining experience
• Experience with Fanuc controls
• Ability to programme using Mastercam
• Confident setting and operating CNC milling machines
• Strong attention to detail and quality
