Business Development Manager

Are you a natural deal-maker who thrives on opening doors and turning conversations into long-term partnerships? We’re looking for a commercially driven Business Development Manager to help expand our footprint across the eCommerce and logistics space.

The Business Development Manager role: Your core focus will be identifying and securing new business opportunities, building strong partnerships, and driving sustainable revenue growth. You’ll play a key role in positioning our client  as a go-to provider in their field. 

What You’ll Be Doing:

Winning New Business

  • Proactively identify and target new opportunities within eCommerce, retail, and online marketplace sectors
  • Engage with brands requiring end-to-end, from storage through to final delivery
  • Build tailored proposals aligned to client volumes, operational needs, and commercial objectives
  • Lead negotiations, pricing discussions, and contract agreements
  • Consistently deliver against revenue targets and growth KPIs
  • Growing & Managing Account
  • Managing Your Pipelin
  • Working Cross-Functionally
  • Building Partnerships & Market Presence

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven track record in business development, ideally in supply chain and/or logistics 
  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to close and grow accounts
  • Confident communicator who can influence at all levels
  • Highly organised with strong pipeline and time management skills
  • Driven, proactive, and motivated by achieving results
