Our client is a global manufacturer and supplier of Aerospace standard parts and components for several of the world's OEMs. They utilise various high-performance materials including nickel alloys, titanium, and stainless steel, enabling their high-end components to withstand various external forces such as extreme temperatures, corrosive chemicals, and heavy air and water pressures.
The COVID-19 pandemic caused havoc within the Aerospace industry, and post-pandemic, our client had to find a way to rebuild their skilled workforce before the business suffered.

Like most Aerospace suppliers, our client was heavily impacted by the COVID-19 pandemic, losing several key skill sets due to the downturn in work. Once the market started to recover, our client faced bottlenecks in their manufacturing departments due to a lack of the correct skill sets.
