Holt Engineering is recruiting for an Cable Assembler to join a manufacturing business in Portsmouth due to their ever-growing order book they are now looking to grow the team. As an Cable Assembler you will be supporting the manufacturing team producing components at a high standard ready for distribution. 

As an Assembler your duties will be:

  • Soldering cables
  • Wiring, and cutting cables to length, stripping, and crimping of wires. 
  • Testing
  • Recording results onto the database

To be successful in this role you must have:

  • Basic assembly experience
  • Basic cable assembly experience
  • Basic soldering experience
  • Basic computer experience 
  • Good attention to detail
  • Keen to progress 

This role will be paying £10.50-£11.50 per hour depending on the experience with standard 39 hours per week. Early finishes on a Friday.
