This role is on the day shift which is Monday to Friday 8.30am-5pm (flexible)
As a Warehouse Operative you will:
- replenish stock
- pick orders
- wrap pallets
- book stock in and out on the company’s computer system
- keep your workspace tidy
- Forklift use (if you have a license)
To be considered for this Warehouse Operative role you will:
- need to be physically fit as this is a very busy role
- need a good level of spoken and written English
- have strong attention to detail
- have previous experience working in a warehouse environment
- be able to work at a fast pace and work well under pressure
- if you hold a forklift license that would be an advantage but not necessary as training can be given

Holt Engineering have an opportunity for an experienced Warehouse Operative and Forklift Driver to join our client in Poole on a temporary to permanent basis.
This role is working full time Monday to Friday on a day shift with an early finish on Fridays, the role is paying £12.52ph
You will be responsible for the movements of materials and finished goods A current forklift licence and full clean driving license is essential to be considered for this position.
Key responsibilities for the Warehouse Operative and Forklift Driver:
- Goods in/ out
- Labelling stock
- Using counterbalance forklift to load and unload deliveries as well as move stock around warehouse
- Stock checks and investigating discrepancies
- Delivering goods to customers.
