Training Manager

We have an exciting opportunity for a Training Manager to join our client in Poole, this is a fantastic role working within an innovative and forward thinking business.

This position is full time, paying £35-40,000pa DOE and working Monday to Friday, this is a pivotal role that will include designing, delivering and evaluating training to the companies partners. 

Key responsible for the successful Training Manager: 

  • Develop training plans and programmes
  • Deliver on-site, in-house training but also go to customer sites if needed. 
  • Content development 
  • Monitor and assess training programmes 
  • Primary point of contact for any and all training queries
  • Working closely with other departments and partners to develop joint strategies  
  • Maintain accurate records 

To be considered for the Training Manager role:

  • Previous experience within a training management role is essential 
  • Experience working within Food or Manufacturing industries would be highly desirable. 
  • A full UK driving licence and willingness to drive to customers sites
