Trainee Electrical Test Operative

We are currently recruiting for a Trainee Electrical Test Operative to join a well-established manufacturing business based near Wareham.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start or build a career within electrical testing and manufacturing.

Trainee Electrical Test Operative role will be working Monday to Thursday! 

The Trainee Electrical Test Operative Role will include: 

• Assisting with the testing of electrical products and components
• Following set procedures to ensure products meet quality standards
• Identifying and reporting faults or issues
• Recording test results accurately
• Supporting the production team where required
• Maintaining a clean and safe working environment

What you will need for the Trainee Electrical Test Operative Role: 

• Ideally some experience within manufacturing, production, or warehouse environments
• An interest in electrical work or engineering (training will be provided)
• Good attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
• Reliable, punctual, and eager to learn
• Comfortable working in a hands-on, fast-paced environment
