Production Engineer Salary: Circa £40k

Production Engineer Role & Responsibilities
- Expert in your field – have a strong background in working with sheet metal
- Firefighter mentality – you will be liaising with different departments internally and customers externally to put out fires when needed.
- Process Improvement Guru – Assess current processes and strategies and do what you can to shave off time and waste.
- Bob the Builder, Can You Fix It? – Excellent problem-solving abilities will be required as inevitable delays and roadblocks get in the way, you’ll be relied upon to minimise the effect on the business.
- Gift of the Gab – Prime communication skills will be paramount to delivering clear and concise instructions to people in and out of the business so everyone knows where they are and where they’re going.
