Holt Engineering currently have a fantastic opportunity for a Day shift Production Operative, on a temporary to permanent contract for an ever growing manufacturing company based near Bournemouth.

The duties for the Day shift Production Operative will included: 

• Operating machinery 
• Helping to run and organise the team
• Working on the production line 
• Checking the quality of the products 
• Ensuring production is running smoothly. 
• Working on a busy production line 

Experience required for the Day shift Production Operative role:

• Previous factory or production experience 
• Great attention to detail 
• Previous experience helping to run a team within production. 
• A can do attitude willing to learn and train 
• Able to work on a Night shift. 

This role will be working a day shift which will include alternate weekends and will be paying £12.50ph.
