Holt Engineering are currently working with a lead Manufacturing business based in Wareham being in their industry for over 30 this forward-thinking business is looking to expand.
As a Sales Manager, you will play a key part in the sales team, your primary objective will be to build profitable sales by canvassing new business and developing lapsed accounts. 
To be successful in this role you must:

• Have an excellent telephone manner
• good communication skills 
• Previous experience with sales or customer service 
• Knowledge of IT hardware ( beneficial)
• Team player  

What’s on offer:
Starting salary £40k-£45k basic
Commission 
22 days holiday plus bank holidays 
Monday to Thursday no working Fridays!
