This is what you’ll be doing:
- Recruit permanent, temporary, and contractor staff.
- Fill bookings as per client requirements.
- Provide a high level of service to existing clients and workers.
- Interview and assess candidates before placing them into suitable assignments/placements.
- Visit clients to promote and explain the benefits of our service.
- Actively participate in the Holt Recruitment Group social media strategy.
What you’ll need…
- Have proven ability and success in direct sales, business-business sales or recruitment
- Be comfortable and enjoy communicating with people at all levels face-to-face and over the telephone.
- Have the ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with clients as well as candidates.
- Know your way around a computer.

Salary: £23,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
