Quality Inspector Overview
We are seeking a skilled Quality Inspector to join our team at a turnkey solution manufacturing company in Andover. The Quality Inspector will be responsible for ensuring the quality and accuracy of components made from exotic alloys.
Quality Inspector Responsibilities
- Operating Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM) using PC-DMIS software
- Inspecting components to ensure they meet quality standards
- Recording and reporting any non-conformance issues
- Working with a variety of exotic alloys to ensure accuracy and precision
- Collaborating with the production team to maintain quality standards throughout the manufacturing process
- Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality processes
Quality Inspector Qualifications
- Previous experience operating CMM using PC-DMIS software
- Experience with programming is beneficial but not essential
- Familiarity with working with exotic alloys
- Attention to detail and precision
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment

Quality Inspector Day-to-Day
- Operating CMM to inspect and measure components
- Collaborating with the production team to address any quality concerns
- Documenting inspection results and reporting any non-conformance issues
- Participating in quality improvement initiatives to enhance processes
