Specialising in a very niche area of engineering, the successful Quality Inspector will be working with a wide range of components, supplying multiple industries. Spanning several decades, this multinational business is going from strength to strength and searching for a skilled Quality Inspector to join their ranks to ensure their output is going out the door at to the high standards it sets itself.
Quality Inspector Role & Responsibilities
- Cover various parts of the inspection process from goods in, and work-in-progress items through to fully built components.
- Work from technical drawings to make sure the dimensions are correct and visually inspect the component.
- Checking for defects
- Able to use a range of hand tools
- Previous experience on a CMM would be beneficial
- Complete relevant documentation such as CofC and FAIRs
