We have a company in Ferndown looking for an experienced candidate to join their production team as a Team Leader, your responsibilities will involve:
- Contribute to and execute the weekly production plan to achieve customer on time delivery.
- Monitor and take action on team attendance.
- Manage, monitor and report on the flow of work in progress.
- Identify improvements to reduce costs and scrap.
- Deputise for the Production Supervisor.
- Be the first port of call for minor questions regarding product assembly.
- To monitor time keeping.
Requirements to be considered for this Team Leader Vacancy:
- Experience within a production or manufacturing environment
- Some previous leadership experience would be advantageous but not essential
- Self motivated with an enthusiastic and positive approach to wards problem solving
