Product Marketing Manager – £40,000 – £50,000

Holt Recruitment are recruiting for 2 Project Marketing Managers, our client is an industry leader in the marketing and manufacturing industry, they have a diverse range of products for businesses, schools, and government organisations. Your responsibilities as a Product Marketing Manager include:

  • Leading the delivery of business unit plans to achieve commercial/trading KPIs.
  • Hands-on leadership of trading resources for effective management and optimisation of trading activities across customer touchpoints.
  • Collaboration with cross-functional teams, including Ecommerce, Data & Analytic’s, and Business Development, to enhance trading strategies.
  • Proactive utilization of ecommerce functionality for stronger trading, including CRO testing, customer insights, and digital automation tools.
  • Hands-on leadership of strategy, effectively managing marketing budgets in line with trading objectives.
  • Liaise with Group Innovation, Group Operations teams on continuous developments such as new product R&D/website launches or alternative product sourcing initiatives, stock management and range architecture.
  • Constant optimisation of day-to-day trading performance and administration.
  • Collaboration with Innovation, Operations, and Manufacturing teams on continuous developments and product launches.
  • Contribution to the improvement and development of day-to-day trading activities and processes.

Requirements to be a Product Marketing Manager:

  • Proven experience in product marketing and core trading activities.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and optimise trading resources.
  • Collaborative mindset, working seamlessly with cross-functional teams.
  • Strategic thinking and ability to leverage data for driving response, acquisition, and retention.
  • Hands-on experience in ecommerce merchandising and online/offline merchandising developments.
