As a Press Brake Setter, you’ll be setting and running press brakes, supporting general operators on batch work, and checking first-off parts to ensure quality standards are met.
This Press Brake Setter role suits someone confident working independently, while also guiding less experienced operators on the shop floor during the night shift. 

Key responsibilities – Press Brake Setter:

• Set and operate press brakes
• Support general operators on press brake batch jobs
• Check first-offs completed by other operators
• Read and work from engineering drawings
• Guide and support lesser skilled operators
• Maintain quality, accuracy, and safe working practices

Essential skills and experience – Press Brake Setter:

• Proven experience as a Press Brake Setter
• Ability to set and operate press brakes independently
• Strong understanding of engineering drawings
• Good communication skills and fluent English
• Excellent time keeping and reliability
• Able to work alone and as part of a team
• Willingness to work overtime when required
• Valid driving license

Desirable experience and benefits:

• LEAN manufacturing experience (5S, TPM – training provided)
• Permanent night shift on a 4-day working week
