Plant Supervisor
Plant Supervisor salary : £35-40k dependent on experience

Our client is looking for a Plant Supervisor to run their recycling plant. They’re one of the biggest names in turning old electronics into new stuff. With over 35 years of experience in the industry, they hold a range of major contracts with local authorities, utility companies, waste management companies and leading UK manufacturers.
What you’ll do as a Plant Supervisor:
- Be in charge of a team that sorts and processes electronic waste.
- Keep their machines running smoothly and safely.
- Fix things when they break.
- Deal with paperwork (sorry!).
- Make sure everyone stays safe.
- Come up with ideas to improve our recycling process.
- Get your hands dirty doing physical work.
As a Plant Supervisor you need to be:
- A good leader who can communicate clearly.
- Physically fit and able to work hard.
- Experienced in running a yard team.
- Able to drive a forklift.
Hours: 7am to 5pm, Monday to Friday. Some overtime might be needed.
