My client a well established engineering firm in Christchurch are expanding and as such are looking for a paint sprayer to work in a brand new spray booth.
They produce and finish aerospace components for a number of aviation industries.
As a Paint Sprayer you will be responsible for:
- Spraying and coating of parts to include performance of daily, weekly, and monthly process checks and test panels.
- Maintain the facility and processes to internal and Nadcap standards.
- Assisting with internal and external audits.
- Mix Paints and coatings and determine paint flow, viscosity and coating quality by performing visual inspections, and by using calibrated flow cups.
- Record operational data on specified forms and record cards.
- Inspect paint and coated surfaces visually for thickness.
You will need previous Aerospace spraying experience
Pay rate for this role will be dependent on experience but you will expect to receive between £16 and £17 per hour.
