They design, manufacture, and supply high-quality components for a wide range of applications, including jet engines, aircraft structures, and weapons systems. My client is committed to providing their customers with the highest quality products and services, and they are looking for a well-accomplished Offline Turner to join their team.
Offline Turner Role & Responsibilities
- Able to program using Mastercam/Catia software either from scratch or editing current programs
- Possess a strong CNC Turning background
- Well-practiced with multi-axis lathes with driven/live tooling
- Write up set-up sheets
- Liaise with other teams to ensure production is running as smoothly & efficiently as possible
- Designing jigs & fixtures
- Have a great eye for detail and able to analyse data effectively
