Maintenance Engineering Team Lead
Salary – £50,000 per annum
Hours – Monday – Friday day shift (call outs if neded)
Location –Stonehouse
We are working with a multi-national manufacturing company that are looking to add to their existing team with a Maintenance Engineering Team Lead in the Stonehouse area.
Maintenance Engineering Team Lead role:
Work delegation and prioritisation for engineers.
Ensuring shifts within team are covered.
Team development and mentoring.
Reactive and Planned Preventative Maintenance.
Maximising plant efficiency through engineering and production.
Playing an active role in improvement and installation projects.
The successful Maintenance Engineering Team Lead will have:
3 years supervisory experience.
Good electro-mechanical skills and experience.
Manufacturing environment – food/FMCG desirable but not essential.
Multi-skilled competency with experience in PLC’s (either diagnostic or programming)
