Head of Engineering
An exciting opportunity for an individual who is looking to potentially develop eventually into Directorship. Our client, a forward thinking and supportive business are looking for a Head of Engineering to lead and develop an experienced team of managers and engineers.

If you are an Engineering Manager with a strong understanding of embedded software and electronic engineering this role could be ideal for you
Key responsibilities as Head of Engineering:
- Manage lead and mentor an established Engineering team
- Develop and implement and drive a culture of continuous improvement.
- Project and develop current processes and project management systems.
- Deliver all engineering activities in a smooth and timely manner.
- Working with multiple departments across the business, you will ensure that effective communication is key to ensure expectations are met for all products and commercial objectives.
Experience and skill required as Head of Engineering:
- A recognised Engineering qualification, ideally at Degree level.
- Strong people leader experience
- Able to demonstrate an experienced background in electrical technical engineering and project management
- Capable of stepping up to a challenge and working in pressured situations
