Responsibilities as  Production Supervisor

• As part of an established manufacturing team, you will support and mentor a team of multi-skilled engineers.
• Impart continuous improvement throughout the team, supporting lean initiatives 
• Implementing process and procedure, ensuring that all guidelines and standards are being adhered to
• When required be able to train and develop the team, motivating and encouraging collaboration
• Working with internal stakeholders, ensuring clear communication across departments
• Able to be hands-on with the CNC Machines when required to support your team, advising and supporting operators

Skills and qualifications as  Production Supervisor

• Experienced CNC Machining background
• A clear understanding of manufacturing and engineering processes and a solid work history within that environment
• Ideally a degree or HNC/HND in Mechanical Engineering
• Be a clear communicator, both verbal and written
• Demonstrate tenacity and drive, able to use own initiative
