An opportunity has opened up in the Portsmouth area to join a well-established precision engineering company who have been operating for over 40 years and manufactures a very unique product which has a worldwide reputation. The ideal CNC Miller must be able to set/operate CNC Mills using Bridgeport/Heidenhain.
Essential skills needed for CNC Miller
- Must have right to live and work in the UK *Essential*
- Must have a clean criminal record *Essential*
- Must be able to set and operate CNC Mills on Bridgeport/Heidenhain *Essential*
- Knowledge and use of manual measuring equipment
- Understanding of drawing tolerances and specifications
Desirable Skills for CNC Miller
- Security Clearance
- CNC Programming both online and offline
- Ability to use manual mills and lathes
Additional information for CNC Miller
- Monday to Thursday (Days)
- Overtime available at x 1.5
- Due to the nature of the work a full police check will be conducted if successful and can take up to 6 weeks*
