CNC Miller
We are looking for a skilled CNC Miller to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience with Mazatrol and a strong commitment to producing high-quality precision parts.
Skills needed for CNC Miller
- Operate CNC milling machines using Mazatrol controls
- Interpret technical drawings and program specifications for accurate parts production
- ability to confidently set and operate CNC Mills
- Collaborate with the production team to prioritize work orders and meet deadlines
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a CNC Miller, expertise in Mazatrol
- Proficiency in interpreting technical drawings and programming CNC machines
- Strong attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality precision parts
- Understanding of machining processes and materials
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and a commitment to safety
- Certification or formal training in CNC machining is a plus
Day-to-day
- Set up CNC milling machines and load materials
- Program machine controls using Mazatrol language
- Monitor machine operations and adjust settings as needed
- Inspect finished parts for quality standards
- Clean and maintain equipment
